October 3 2008 - Worcester Telegram and Gazette:

As one of the judges, I can honestly say Yama Zakura’s Tuna Trio scored high in taste, presentation, creativity and components on my card.

July 27 2007 - Milford Daily News section WHAT'S COOKING: "Engineering a career as restaurateur". This articles profiles Anna's background as an engineer and the continuing growth of Yama Zakura.

July 3 2007 - The Worcester Telegram presents an article on how people are eating sushi titled "West eats East". The article covers several resturants including Yama with nice discussion of the popular Yummy Yama Nachos along with some of Anna's other tasty creations.

Summer 2007 - City Living Magazine article "Meet the Top Executive Chefs of Central Mass" (page 58) profiles Anna's founding and ongoing role in creating the uniquely personal Yama Zakura experience.

May 6 2007 - The Worcester Telegram tells the story of Anna and her recent presentation at Assabet Valley Regional Technical High.
